The Edge House designed by Jarmund / Vigsnæs Architectsper AS for a young couple, was built in Kolbotn, a suburb south of Oslo, and the couple, even when they have a meager budget, he wanted to have a truly spectacular home in which “seemed to could make a film of James Bond. ”
The couple bought a plot so terribly difficult for the construction of their house because it has eight vertical meters from the access road, but precisely in order to fulfill the wish of the young couple, the building was moved to the eastern perimeter of the ground and suspended above the slope on thin steel columns.
