Called Casa de Areia, the project includes a unique accommodation by the sea.
The sand covers the floor of the kitchen and living space, which connects to the beach and the countryside. This construction consists of four houses in a village near the sea.

The Glenwood Residence, designed by Wernerfield Architects in Dallas, Texas, is organized around a swimming pool in the courtyard onto which all the main spaces of the house (made from a mahogany floors and walls of sliding glass panels that can be easily integrate the interiors with the external ones). House 6 is the response of Marcio Kogan, one of the architects of the emerging Brazil, a major request of the family ordered the service that required a covered outdoor space to use for daily life.The knot was very difficult to disentangle the Brazilian architect because those spaces would be used to organize all social life of the house, but it must be said that the tropical climate of São Paulo has allowed many to choose home this architectural solution comfortable and beautiful.
